1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 888ace ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 888ace website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 888ace Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 888ace, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 888ace strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• Online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your location.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of 888ace, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

888ace reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals where permitted by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games and betting services on 888ace, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 888ace Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 888ace will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

888ace is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 888ace for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

888ace accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 888ace does not accept deposits from third parties.

Deposits are generally credited to your 888ace account within minutes of confirmation. 888ace is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. 888ace aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and banking institution.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 888ace Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

888ace maintains strict AML policies in compliance with Philippine law. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

888ace offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 888ace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the associated account(s) closed.
• Free spins, if awarded, are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they were granted.

In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 888ace Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cheating in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to 888ace at any time.

888ace reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 888ace Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 888ace or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of 888ace.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888ace, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

888ace does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall 888ace's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 888ace account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

888ace is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting our support team.

10. Termination

888ace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited at 888ace's sole discretion, subject to applicable law. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closing your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the date of closure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

888ace operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

888ace reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
